NEW UNIT NUMBERING SYSTEM COMING SOON!
This notice is to inform all our customers of our plans to update our current unit numbering system at this facility.
Right now, each unit begins with a letter that corresponds with the building a storage unit is located in. We have found that this can be confusing to new customers as well as existing customers.
Beginning mid-July, we will be updating existing unit numbers with our new numbering system. The new unit number will be posted above each storage unit door. Customers with a StoreNow.Org online account will automatically have their new unit number so no additional action steps are needed.
Once we have completed this upgrade, we will notify our customers of their NEW unit number by email.
All our outside PARKING customers will keep the same parking space number.
